24 Check Points

(Intended for equipment already in the shop, or for equipment that has not been serviced for a while.)
  1. Rinse off top side of unit
  2. Change oil & filter
  3. Check & adjust brakes
  4. Check & adjust belts
  5. Sharpen & balance blade(s)
  6. Clean or replace air filter
  7. Replace spark plug(s)
  8. Replace fuel filter
  9. Inspect fuel lines
  10. Grease machine
  11. Level deck
  12. Check transmission adjustment
13. Check transmission grease
14. Inflate tires
15. Lube & adjust throttle
16. Test ignition
17. Test battery/alternator & charge
18. Adjust carburetor
19. Shim front & rear axles
20. Add fuel stabilizer
21. Change hydro fluid

22.Tighten hydro lines

23. Check/adjust electric clutch gap
24. Test run all functions, check for proper operations, and test safety features
